Dr. Marilyn Atkinson, founder of Erickson College and originator of this training model, had the opportunity to actively contribute to the emergence and expansion of Solution Focused Psychology, and the development of Meta Program Analysis for effective hiring and managerial approaches.
As an Industrial Psychologist she has honed solution focused methods for multiple kinds of corporate engagements, making the tools effective and easy for managers to use. She had been a dedicated student of Milton Erickson for years and she gave his name to Erickson College. She has also worked directly with Fritz Perls, creator of Gestalt psychology.
As inspired lifetime students of Dr. Marilyn Atkinson, we are a team of professionals with business, marketing, finance, law, engineering, and consulting backgrounds, who are passionate about coaching and positive change.
Due to our hands-on experience with education in coaching, and our ongoing yearly retraining, our team members have extensive knowledge and experience with various tools and methods.
